A Dream Brewed
in a Tiny Kitchen
DLC Coffee wasn't born in a boardroom — it was born at 5 AM, in a small kitchen in Faridabad, where founder Deepak Lal Choudhary brewed his first batch of single-origin beans sourced directly from a small farm in Coorg.
What started as a weekend ritual for friends became a calling. Deepak saw something missing in his city — a place that didn't just serve coffee, but created a moment. A pause. A breath. A conversation.
In 2009, he opened the first DLC outlet on a humble street corner with four tables, two staff members, and an espresso machine he'd saved two years to buy.
Word Spread.
People Stayed.
Within six months, the four-table café couldn't seat everyone. Regulars became family. Strangers became regulars. The city had quietly found its coffee corner.
Today, DLC Coffee serves over 800 cups a day, sources beans from seven different origins, and bakes every pastry fresh each morning before 6 AM. But the spirit hasn't changed — we're still that small kitchen with big love.
We don't just want you to enjoy a coffee. We want you to feel something. That's the DLC promise. That's always been the DLC promise.
